We engrave a range of materials, including wood, leather, leatherette, slate, coated metals, glass, etc.

You're welcome to bring your own item too. Because every material reacts differently to the laser, we'll look at it first and let you know if it's a good fit. Some items can't be engraved safely or won't look good, so please send us a photo and the material details through our quote form before you bring it in. If a customer-supplied item has any risk, we'll tell you up front.

Getting started is simple. Head over to our Custom Order Quote page and fill out the project information. We will reply within 1-2 business days.

Our custom order turn-around-time varies by complexity of project and availability of required materials. Most orders are ready within 7-10 business days. Your tailored turn-around-time will be addressed on a quote-by-quote basis and if a rush order is required, we will determine if is possible and let you know if not.

We always provide a proof and ample communication to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the concept before proceeding.

We do offer scheduled local pickup. We are a home-based business, so we generally arrange a pickup time that is convenient for you and make sure that your item is available at the arranged time. We do ship across the Continental United States.

We want you to love your piece, and we take pride in our work. Before we start, we'll confirm the design, materials, and details with you [and send a proof for your approval], so you know what to expect.

If something doesn't match what we agreed to, such as a mistake in the engraving or a flaw caused by our process, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right, whether that's a rework, a replacement, or a refund.

Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, we can't offer refunds on items made exactly as approved and agreed to. That includes changes of mind and personal preference after approval.

We offer multiple shipping options, including free local pickup, standard shipping, and expedited shipping. Store orders of over $75 are automatically given free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is still available but is not free. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders placed through our Custom Order Quote page.
